JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Independently design novel synthetic routes.

2. Manage the end-to-end development and production process for multiple process projects.

3. Demonstrate proficiency in process route design and optimization, with familiarity in process costing and sourcing of raw materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Master's degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development.

3. Solid and comprehensive knowledge of organic reaction mechanisms, with the proven ability to independently design novel synthetic routes.

Senior Analyst - Analytical Chemistry

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform quality-related studies including developing and validating analytical methods, and collaborating with Process Chemistry to establish quality standards.

2. Perform routine analytical testing for R&D, analyze results, and issue reports, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and traceability.

3. Support production-related QC testing and release activities, and manage quality events throughout the process.

4. Assist the Analytical Department Manager in team management and performance evaluation.

5. Manage and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or a related field.

2. Solid theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in analytical and organic chemistry.

3. Familiar with process development, ricch experience in method development, method transfer for process support.
